Why use Largo Law?
Largo Law acts for general commercial clients, Asset Based lenders and other financial businesses, and professional services firms.
Clients expect a seamless debt collection service and, in these tough economic times, clients realise that input from a solicitor can be invaluable in recovering money from debtors.
Many clients instruct Largo Law direct from pre-legal through to enforcement. We can deal with all aspects of recoveries and will choose the route that is most appropriate to the circumstances of each individual case.
In our dealings with clients and debtors alike we retain a high level of professional integrity. Our approach acknowledges the business and reputational needs of our clients and how that impacts on our dealings with third parties.
We are also well placed to assist full service commercial law firms in supporting their own commercial clients and have a number of arrangements in place where we will carry out pre-legal and claim issue work for the client and then refer the file on to our introducer law firms when the matter becomes defended.
