LARGO SYSTEMS UPGRADE

Largo would like to wish all our valued clients, contacts and associates a very happy New Year and a prosperous 2008. We are pleased to announce that from the 4th of February 2008 we will be upgrading our internal operating system to the Linetime Liberate/Debtime SQL database.

The program is a highly efficient and comprehensive Pre-Legal and Legal, County Court and High Court debt recovery system. Designed specifically to meet the needs of credit management professionals and used by many of the UK's leading debt recovery organisations the system is constantly evolving to meet the needs of both commercial and consumer debt recovery markets.

The new system will be uploaded on to the Largo server in early January and after a period of training for all staff the system will go live on the 4th February 2008. There will be no affect to the service to our clients during this period.

From the 28th February 2008 Liberate/Debtime SQL will be online via our upgraded website and all clients and referrers will be able to access the system to view notes and the status of their accounts via a secure extranet at anytime, from anywhere.

Clients can obtain their own reports via the extranet or receive them by automated schedules, receiving the infomation they want, when they want and in the format they want. Alternatively they can be updated via email or SMS text.

We are expecting the process of work throughout the whole Pre-Legal and Legal system to improve enormously. Pre-Legal fee earners will be able to concentrate less on administration and more on debt collection improving the rates of Pre-Legal collection success.

However should a matter require legal action the system contains a comprehensive library of court documents, interest calculation methods and precedents. Calculations and documet production are automatic.
