Our Ledger Recovery team support Insolvency Practitioners in the task of managing sales ledgers, either during a trading insolvency or following closure of the company. Insolvency poses difficulties not generally met in commercial recovery. Typically, there is a lack of supporting paperwork, the debt is older, and there is a greater reluctance from the debtors to meet their liabilities.

Our experience in this field is unrivalled. We fully embrace the importance of maximising the recovery from the sales ledger. In addition to aiming for full collection, we minimise any disruption to our clients by uplifting the paperwork and liaising directly with the former directors and management of the insolvent organisations, if required.

Progress reports are provided to our clients on pre-defined scheduled dates and on conclusion of book debt collection. Our charges for this service are commission based and dependant upon factors which include, value, age and complexities that will be faced. In the rare circumstance where we are unable to achieve a recovery no charge is made.
