We have staff available, at short notice, to attend premises anywhere in the UK, in order to protect ledger security and maximise recoveries. It is often necessary to collect large volumes of supporting documentation which we undertake on behalf of the lender or insolvency practitioner.

Largo has a team specialising in ledger reconstruction. This is particularly important in the food industry where a sales ledger can be significantly eroded by unapplied debit notes for short deliveries and marketing rebates. There is no limit to the size of ledgers we will undertake having recently worked on the largest Invoice Discounting ledgers, ever collected, involving hundreds of millions of pounds.

Many of the larger syndicated facilities need tailor made reporting and robust IT capability which largo is happy to provide. In the current market it is very important to act decisively and without delay.

The ability to introduce clients to Largo Law (which has expertise in all areas of finance litigation and recoveries) will provide almost seamless collection and litigation process to lenders, with the benefit of knowing that independent bespoke legal advice can be obtained from a firm which understands the issues.
