We have created a select group of business partner companies, with whom we work closely, to assist in the location of absconded debtors or investigate the asset position of a debtor.

In this way we are able to provide trace services on a "no trace no fee" basis. The fee for a positive trace report is a ‘fixed fee’ which is agreed prior to beginning a trace. Asset location and investigation is chargeable regardless of the outcome, however, charges can be limited at the outset.
